Landstrasser Hauptstrasse is the main street of Vienna´s district „Landstrasse“ and lifeblood and boulevard. Small shops of any kind as well as boutiques with international trade marks and cafés alternate in the salesrooms of traditonal Vienniese buildings; a market called „Rochusmarkt“ completes the choice. Besides you find a supermarket („Merkur“) in the same block.
The quarter conveniences with public as well as private transport: subway U3 five minutes to walk, several busses, highway junction to the airport five minutes by car, connection to airport train (CAT) two minutes by subway. The center of the city can be reached in 20-30 minutes on foot (or in 5 minutes by subway).

Spare time and urban retreat: well-tended parks near by invite you to take a little walk; the „Wiener Prater“ - Europe´s largest green space left by it´s nature in an urban area – can be reached in twenty minutes.
