In case of cancellation of your reservation 21 days before your intended arrival we convert your deposit into a voucher. This voucher is valid for a year and can be used for another booking of our City Apartment. Is your cancellation within the last 3 weeks before your arrival or the time frame of one year has passed there will be no refund of the deposit.
