Illy from , Cyprus; October 2011:'Very friendly staff, very clean place. Everything was there (kitchen utensils, towels, bedlinen, city map, and lots of infos about Vienna :-) ), so we missed nothing. Surrounding is very fine, lots of shops, good restaurants (Ottakringer Landhaus, our favourite), tram stop... Next time again :-)'
