The apartment is EUR 75,- per night. For stays shorter than 6 nights we charge a cleaning fee of EUR 45,-. From 7 nights up we give a discount of 15%! Monthly rate is 1300,-
Sheets and towels are changed and cleaned weekly for longer stays than 13 days.
A security deposit (furnishings, glass, art, etc) of 150 EUR will be charged before arrival and returned after departure, if everything is in order.
Check in is after 2pm and before 8pm on the day of your arrival.
Check out is before 10am on the day of your departure.
Cancellations: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival, we will refund your deposit minus EUR 50 administrative charges. 30 days and less, we keep the deposit unless we are able to fill your reserved dates; in which case we will refund your deposit minus EUR 50 as well!
No smoking in the apartment please!
